Mindjet MindManager Pro 7 & NotesLinker 3.7 Bundle

Communication between MindManager and Lotus Notes®

NotesLinker 3.7 enables data exchange between Lotus Notes® and MindManager. Using NotesLinker, users can easily visualize the information stored in the Lotus Notes® database in MindManager maps.

There are two Mindjet Bundles for Lotus Notes® users available:

BASIC Bundle:
NotesLinker 3.7 Basic and MindManager Pro 7

Contacts, appointments and tasks can be integrated in a MindManager map simply by using drag and drop. Schedule appointments and meetings using the Lotus Notes® invitation function and delegate tasks directly in MindManager.


 

PROFESSIONAL Bundle:
NotesLinker 3.7 Pro and MindManager Pro 7

The PROFESSIONAL Bundle includes the functionality of the BASIC Bundle plus:


 
Use the contact details in your Lotus Notes® address book to create and assign tasks, schedule meetings and invite participants directly in MindManager
Access and create appointments; create an individual and team task overview such as This Weeks‘ Appointments or Uncompleted Tasks
Import available resources from Lotus Notes® and use these when planning projects with MindManager
Include e-mails and their attachments and other database items to your map
Access Lotus Notes® documents and current Notes view directly via hyperlink in your map
Perform full text searches of map topic and each document found in the current view in Lotus Notes® will be inserted as Subtopics in the map with hyperlinks

NotesLinker 3.7 is designed with the expectations of Lotus Notes® users in mind. This ensures that daily tasks and project work are made easier. NotesLinker enables the exchange between Notes documents and MindManager to function reciprocally. The user controls how data is refreshed and exchanged and this can be automated.
