If you have a question while using a Mindjet product or service, we'd like to hear it. Just type it into our web form, hit "Submit," and your question goes to a real person who will provide a real answer. All you need to do is create a free Customer Center Account (it takes just a moment) and then let us know what's on your mind. Support inquiries submitted through the web form will be answered as quickly as possible.

Telephone Helpdesk Support

Software that doesn't make your job easier right away doesn't belong on your computer. That's why new Mindjet customers are eligible for free phone support within the first 30 days after the purchase date. All you need to do is create a Customer Center Account and then give us a call. After the initial 30 day period has passed, you will still have access to support—free of charge—via our online web form (see above).
